TEAM BUILDING – Geneva, Vaud, Neuchâtel, Valais, Fribourg, Zürich, Bâle, Bern

Team building is about supporting a team

It is based on topics that are essential for collective performance and success, such as communication, self-examination, awareness about different ways of operating for each team member, etc.

Swissnova usually advocates using the Nova Profile psychometric tool, which provides information on an individual’s behavioural preferences and motivations.

Please find below an example of the team building process:

Sequence 1: Self-familiarisation with Nova Profile

Sequence objective:

Participants:

  • To own their personal profile
